Order Processing
1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
3. During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times within India are:
1. Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
2. Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
3. Remote Areas: 5–10 business days- do not add this as I do not want to do places where the return pick up is not available by the delivery partners  

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending  on weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Charges
1. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
2. Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on our website during eligible promotions. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment until delivery. 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
